We’ll not only provide medical services for you at no cost but our staff will listen to your concerns and do our best to answer your questions about STDs, pregnancy, and other related issues. Just contact us and we’d love to help you. 

Collage is dedicated to providing confidential and compassionate care in a holistic manner. We focus not only on your physical concerns but also on your emotional, relational, and perhaps spiritual concerns as well.


Our services are available at no cost to you because of the generosity of people in our communities who believe in you. All our medical services are provided by licensed medical professionals under the direction of a licensed physician. We do not provide OB/GYN or prenatal care, birth control, fertility testing, abortion services, or referrals for abortions.
