Client Relations Coordinator

We’re looking for a full-time Client Relations Coordinator for our developing Center in Columbus to promote a positive first impression as the voice and face of Collage when clients call or walk in our door.


Responsibilities include assisting the Collage team members by handling a variety of tasks necessary to provide confidential and complimentary holistic sexual health services. To be successful in this role, you must be compassionate and nonjudgmental, exhibiting a foundation of emotional and relational maturity.


This team member will work out of the Columbus Center. Some travel to our Grand Island Center will be required initially for training.

    • You hold an Associate’s or Bachelor's degree.

    • You have 2+ years of related experience.

  • what you'll be doing...

    • Answering and reporting all calls according to Center policies and procedures.

    • Making appropriate referrals.

    • Scheduling appointments for callers or walk-ins.

    • Greeting clients, making them feel welcomed and valued.

    • Instructing clients to read and complete appropriate paperwork.

    • Restocking, cleaning, and other necessary tasks so the Center runs smoothly.

    • Performing opening and closing duties.

    • Participating in staff meetings.

    • Supporting internal fundraising and marketing campaigns.
