Center Director

We’re seeking a full-time Director for our developing Center in Columbus to oversee the day-to-day operations. This includes the training and managing of all team members in the Center as well as the implementation of programs to meet client needs.

 

Responsibilities include providing the leadership and oversight necessary to offer confidential and complimentary holistic sexual health services. To be successful in this role, you must be compassionate and nonjudgmental, exhibiting a foundation of emotional and relational maturity.


This team member will work out of the Columbus Center. Some travel to our Grand Island Center will be required initially for training.

    • You have two years of experience in a position requiring management. 



  • what you'll be doing...

    • Providing and/or overseeing patient services, including STD/STI testing & treatment, pregnancy testing, and limited OB ultrasounds.

    • Communicating with patients when they call, email, or walk in.

    • Maintaining the referral resources for services outside our focus.

    • Performing a variety of administrative duties such as scheduling, maintaining stats, pursuing best practices, handling routine business calls, and conducting regular staff evaluations.

    • Serving as the Coordinator for our annual fundraising event and participating in other fundraising opportunities.

    • Participating in meetings with other organizations related to the needs of our patients.
