Your physical, emotional, and relational needs are important to us so we’ve created a safe place for you or someone you care about. Everything that’s shared with us is kept in the strictest confidence except as required by law or as required for the protection of yourself or others.


We’ll not only provide medical services for you at no cost but our staff will listen to your concerns and do our best to answer your questions about STDs, pregnancy, and other related issues. Just contact us and we’d love to help you. 

Collage is dedicated to providing confidential and compassionate care in a holistic manner. We focus not only on your physical concerns but also on your emotional, relational, and perhaps spiritual concerns as well.


Our services are available at no cost to you because of the generosity of people in our communities who believe in you. All our medical services are provided by licensed medical professionals under the direction of a licensed physician. We do not provide OB/GYN or prenatal care, birth control, fertility testing.


We do not refer for or provide abortion services, but we do provide pre-abortion screening through a lab-quality pregnancy test and limited OB ultrasound.
