We’re looking for a full-time Client Relations Coordinator for our developing Center in Columbus to promote a positive first impression as the voice and face of Collage when clients call or walk in our door.
Responsibilities include assisting the Collage team members by handling a variety of tasks necessary to provide confidential and complimentary holistic sexual health services. To be successful in this role, you must be compassionate and nonjudgmental, exhibiting a foundation of emotional and relational maturity. It's also essential that you're bilingual.
This team member will work out of the Columbus Center. Some travel to our Grand Island Center will be required initially for training.

• Your computer skills are proficient.
• You hold an Associate’s or Bachelor's degree.
• You have 2+ years of related experience.
• Answering and reporting all calls according to Center policies and procedures.
• Making appropriate referrals.
• Scheduling appointments for callers or walk-ins.
• Greeting clients, making them feel welcomed and valued.
• Instructing clients to read and complete appropriate paperwork.
• Restocking, cleaning, and other necessary tasks so the Center runs smoothly.
• Performing opening and closing duties.
• Participating in staff meetings.
• Supporting internal fundraising and marketing campaigns.
