You responsibilities will be diverse, spanning the oversight of day-to-day operations, direct patient care, educational outreach, and community support. Whether you're performing a pregnancy test, treating STDs/STIs, or training team members, you'll engage in varied activities that keep your work dynamic and deeply fulfilling.
To be successful in this role, you must be a compassionate and nonjudgmental leader, exhibiting a foundation of emotional and relational maturity.
This team member will work out of the Columbus Center. Initial training will require some travel to our Grand Island Center.

• You have two years of experience in a position requiring management.
• Providing and/or overseeing patient services, including STD/STI testing & treatment, pregnancy testing, and limited OB ultrasounds.
• Communicating with patients when they call, email, or walk in.
• Maintaining the referral resources for services outside our focus.
• Performing a variety of administrative duties such as scheduling, maintaining stats, pursuing best practices, handling routine business calls, and conducting regular staff evaluations.
• Serving as the Coordinator for our annual fundraising event and participating in other fundraising opportunities.
• Participating in meetings with other organizations related to the needs of our patients.
